Documentation (Work Assignment)
Our Team will Create a Client Account, Debtors Accounts, Update Balances of Existing Accounts, and Provide Access Details to the Client to our Administration System.
ECCM Call Centre
Make Promise to Pay (PTP) with Debtors. Follow Up on Broken PTPs. Automatic Traces are Performed on Debtors with Incorrect Contact Details at NO COST to the Client.
Our Administration System Handles the Management of Accounts. The Current Status of the Account is Tracked at all Times. All Actions and Communication on the Account is Recorded.
The Client will have Direct Access to the Administration System and can Monitor Progress on all Matters Handed to ECCM and can draw a report. Customised reports are available on request. Detailed Billing Report is enclosed with the invoice.
